my prayer, my aim
May the radiance of Your love, Lord, so shine from my being;
That the glory of God shall be all in me that others are seeing.
May the power of Your touch vibrate from my very flesh,
That others can know that it is through You,
that I have been blessed.
And, oh Lord, I pray that the peace
of Your presence fill my heart;
That other will see, and khow that
it is what only You can impart.
Take my will, Father God, and make it that of Your own;
Make others know, that it is You that sits on Heaven's throne.
May the prayer on my lips, come ever from my heart and soul;
That others will see, and KNOW that living for Jesus, is my goal.
Take my carnal faults, failures and weaknesses, and hide me;
May it truly only be the Father and Son
that others are able to see!
May my steps be ordered of You, Father, that's my aim;
May all that I do, be done for Your glory, in Jesus' name.
